Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - GQ Get Arrows from Cell

GQ Get Arrows From Cell
Alternate Download Location (requires login).

This is a simple mod for Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion to help pick up arrows. It requires the Oblivion Script Extender.

This mod attempts to simplify post-combat arrow collection.
It puts a script on Brush Jars (PaintbrushJar01, 1BBCB) that runs once when you try to equip the Brush Jar. It can be hotkeyed.
It collects all arrows in the current game Cell, as long as they have been around for at least 3 seconds (and have probably landed if they were launched).
It will not collect arrows from containers.
It will not collect arrows if it would be counted as stealing.
It will not run if the game detects that you are in combat (which it may do erroneously).

UPDATE: (March 3rd/2010)
There is an issue with the script picking up the arrows that are stuck in corpses, and counting them as real. This means you can end up with more arrows than you started with.
I am working on an expanded quick-looting mod and hope to address this issue there.

Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - GQ AutoUnlock

GQ AutoUnlock
Alternate Download Location (requires login).

This is a simple mod for Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion to help skip the minigame for unlocking locked doors and containers. It requires the Oblivion Script Extender.

Who this is for:
  • you have mastered the minigame and are too impatient to do it anymore
  • you have the skeleton key but don't want to click until you succeed
  • you don't have the skeleton key and you don't have patience for the minigame
  • you have the skeleton key (or cheated for it) but don't want your Security skill to go up too fast while doing the retries (and thereby inflate your level too early)
  • roleplayers who would like to bypass lockpicking and pick up boltcutters instead

Adds a script to Tongs to automatically unlock any lock that does not require a key (i.e., lock level < 100).
To use, find a pair of normal Tongs (Editor ID "Tongs01", Form ID "1C66F") and hotkey it. If you activate it via the hotkey while looking at a locked object, in a second or so the object will unlock. You will receive XP as if you had perfectly set the required number of tumblers (e.g., exactly 2 successful attempts on an Easy lock, which requires setting 2 tumblers).
You can still access the regular lockpicking minigame and it works unmodified.
Using the script does not count as a criminal action and you will not get a Bounty. Trespassing or stealing will still get you a Bounty.
You do not get a free set of Tongs in jail.

Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - GQ Arrows Fly Straight

GQ Arrows Fly Straight
Alternate Download Location (requires login).

This is a very simple mod for Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion to make arrows fly straighter. Within 1 second of flight time, they can be expected to be direct-fire, with no need to estimate arcing to the target in order to compensate for gravity. Beyond this, the arrow starts to dip from gravity very slightly.
Obviously there's less "realism" with this, but this just puts you on par on computer-accurate NPC archers who never miss.
